When we were buying our dream home, they made sure our closing dates aligned (as moving with a 3 month old was pretty crazy) and also made sure we got to see the house multiple times before making a decision. Once we had decided on the house, they were extremely helpful with recommendations for inspectors, a carpet stretcher that we needed, painters, and electricians. They were honest about what we could offer for the home and we were able to buy our home with very little stress.
